Dan Vilcan is Young Europe Societies's Eurodesk Multiplier, the person within our organization that collaborates with the Eurodesk network. He is the youth information expert, ensuring that young people and youth workers receive accurate and up-to-date information about European opportunities.
Providing European Mobility Information
Informs young people about EU-funded opportunities such as Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, and DiscoverEU.
Helps them navigate applications for scholarships, internships, and exchange programs.
Ensures that local youth have access to opportunities for studying, working, and volunteering abroad.
Organizing Events & Outreach Activities
Conducts workshops, info sessions, and awareness campaigns on mobility programs.
Works within their organization (e.g., school, NGO, youth center) to promote European youth opportunities.
Uses social media, newsletters, and online platforms to engage with young people.
Supporting Youth Participation
Encourages young people to take part in European decision-making and youth policies.
Assists in accessing funding and grants for youth-led projects.
Promotes networking and international exchange programs.
Networking & Collaboration
Works closely with the Eurodesk National Coordinator and other multipliers to share best practices.

A teacher, librarian, youth worker, NGO staff member, or public servant working within a recognized institution.
They must be officially appointed by their Eurodesk National Coordinator to serve in this role.
Eurodesk Multipliers work within their host organization but are connected to the Eurodesk national network, ensuring that young people—regardless of their location—have access to the same European opportunities.
