INFO POINT
INFO POINT
Our Eurodesk Info Point is a local contact point where young people and youth workers can get free, reliable, and up-to-date information about European opportunities—especially related to mobility, like studying, volunteering, internships, and working abroad.
Key features of a Eurodesk InfoPoint:
Local presence: Often based in youth centers, municipal buildings, NGOs, or educational institutions.
Information & guidance: Offers personal advice and support on EU programs such as Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, and more.
Focus on mobility: Helps young people understand how they can go abroad for education, training, or volunteering.
Multilingual: Often operates in the local language and sometimes in English.
Events & workshops: May organize info sessions, fairs, or workshops about European opportunities.
Eurodesk is a part of the wider Eurodesk network, which operates in over 30 European countries and is co-funded by the European Commission.
How We Operate
Eurodesk Multipliers work within their host organization but are connected to the Eurodesk national network, ensuring that young people—regardless of their location—have access to the same European opportunities.
Dan Vilcan is our Eurodesk Multiplier, the person within our organization that collaborates with the Eurodesk network. He is the youth information expert, ensuring that young people and youth workers receive accurate and up-to-date information about European opportunities.
