This training course comes as an answer for the partner organisations to gain a good understanding of the regulations set forth by the Erasmus+ program. We often encounter challenges due to the limited and occasionally contradictory information regarding our obligations as organizations during the implementation of a youth exchange. The updated Erasmus+ program has introduced several new elements, such as different distance categories, inclusion requirements, and quality standards specific to Erasmus+. Through this Training Course (TC), our aim is to shed light on these matters and foster a shared understanding among youth workers in the ASEY network and beyond, focusing on best practices and quality aspects that every youth exchange should adhere to.
The aim of this training is to increase the quality of the Youth Exchanges implemented by partner organisations to this by integrating into our Youth Exchanges the Erasmus+ Quality Standards.
O1. Empower 16 youth workers and staff to coordinate quality youth exchanges by integrating in their daily work the Erasmus+ Quality Standards;
O2. Explore new face to face and online methodologies in working with youth to improve the quality of the future youth exchanges.
O3. Increase the capacity of the ASEY Network to increase the quality of all the youth exchanges organised within the network;
O4. Enrol at least two new organisations to the ASEY Network.
The main result of this TC will be the empowerment of 16 youth workers with the know-how, attitudes and aptitudes necessary to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate quality youth exchanges.
Additionally, a positive result of the TC will be that the consortium organisations will be able to collaborate on other E+ projects and have a common approach to what is expected from a quality youth exchange.
This TC will contribute to quality youth work in the field of inclusion of youth facing fewer opportunities, therefore assisting to the achievement of the inclusion objective of KA1.

During our workshop, we’ve pointed out the main importance of the ERASMUS project along with some other aspects such as the Youthpass and the fun we had. Also, the relevance of getting over social anxiety and how everything related to the project encouraged that by indirect or direct means was also thoroughly mentioned. We started, first of all, with the promotional video in order to visually present what kind of activities we had and what kind of learning methods were used. Then we focused on catching the audience’s attention in order to create an impact and make them understand everything that happened overall.
Group 2
In our dissemination project we tried to present a little bit the Erasmus+ Project, the Youthpass, and the importance of participating in these kind of experiences. Also, by making an energizer, showing some photos and sharing some of the stories, we presented the amazing time that we spent in Harghita.

On March 27, we did our first workshop. We started with the energizer ´If I had a bunny, I would...´. The students really enjoyed it. We also involved ´Marco Polo rule´ during the entire duration of the workshop. Than we told them about our stay in Romania. We described how our days had looked there, what had we done, etc. We also told them about Youthpass – what it is and what it is good for. At the end, we showed them a short video that is on Youtube.
Group 2
Around 40 people participated in our workshop. First we showed them the energizer – (HI HA HU) and then we went to a presentation in which we talked about the whole course of Erasmus. We explained to them what Youthpass is and what it is good for, and we showed them some photos and videos. At the end we advised them how to get into projects like this one and shared with them social networks that they can follow.
